Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the ship date to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Products returned in a condition other than how they were received will not be eligible for a refund.


How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please visit our Returns & Refunds Page and follow the instructions specific to your region.

  • For U.S. orders, returns are free.

  • For international orders (Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand), customers will need to cover return shipping costs. Please visit our Returns & Refunds Page and follow the instructions for International Orders. 

Items sent back to us without first initiating a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our team will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired product and initiating a return for the original item.


Refunds

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, it will be inspected within 5-7 business days. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4-6 business days.


Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at Customer Support.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original condition.
